fantastic family stay!

bunk beds room space fresh item helpful staff

The family room included bunk beds. My kids loved them. there was lots of room for all of us. the breakfast offered fresh items and good variety. the staff in the restaurant was pleasant and helpful, especially lee during breakfast. the location allowed visits to a beach and shops.

The shower's water pressure was not strong. The water could have been warmer.

The evening meal tasted superb! i also loved the breakfast options. There was a wide variety of choices. the pool area was clean. I liked the communal facilities. the staff seemed lively.. it.

our room faced some issues in the bathroom... the toilet flush didn't work correctly. the shower water was lukewarm rather than hot, a letdown after a long day. i also noticed condensation on the ceiling. i even felt a drip on my head while in the bathroom...

the room wasn't very clean and needed a good upgrade. breakfast was also cold one of the mornings. i found this very disappointing overall as it was a present for my parents.
